Wizan

Privacy policy

How Wizan handles your data.

We collect account and organization data and the financial content you enter to provide accounting and invoicing, along with operational and security logs needed to protect the platform.

Privacy-respecting usage measurement

We measure page views with a random browser identifier stored locally and converted to a one-way keyed hash on the server. Product analytics does not store raw IP addresses or URL query strings. Collection begins when the feature is enabled; we do not manufacture estimated history.

Support access

Wizan support does not normally enter your account as you. When needed, a super admin starts a separate read-only support session with a mandatory reason and a 30-minute maximum. The support actor, target user, organization, time, and reason are recorded in a separate audit trail.

Sharing and protection

We do not sell personal data. The launch environment is hosted on Google Cloud in europe-west1, Belgium, so account, organization, and financial data may be transferred to and processed outside Saudi Arabia under appropriate regulatory and contractual safeguards. During this phase, Wizan does not claim in-Kingdom hosting; migration to the me-central2 Dammam region is planned after the required commercial setup is complete. Platform administration logs are restricted from ordinary users, and session tokens are never displayed in the admin console.
